great find !

Found these in Asda : asda's own brand called Daily 5

Nutrient food supplements with added Vitamins & minerals .

One serving provides many of the key vitamins & minerals and essential nutrients typically found in 5 fresh fruit & vegtables .

14 sachets in a box ... cost under £4.00

Orange flavour

I was told by my dietician to take vitamins & minerals in a dissovable or chewable form .

These are the BEST Ive tried yet , so thought Id share my find .

Best wishes

Hi,

Thanks for this info, i've just had surgery , gastric sleeve though, not band, but still i was looking for something like this. I got something similar from the chemist but they were much more expensive, so I shall be off to Asda once I can drive again!

Thanks

Hi Sassy, when i left hospital i was given a small booklet

but i have done everything i can, i am on my third fill and have lost 1stone in 1 year not much i know but between this i was very ill, i have been back on form for 2months but i am still struggling, for breakfast i have 2 weetabix with milk, lunch half a sandwich i struggle with lunch, in the evening my diet varies last night i had fish and a small amount of oven chips and cabbage for the bowels? this takes about 1 hour to eat, then later i may have a bag of low fat crisps, then i will have a biscuit before i go to bed, my doctor doesn't really know anything about the band as i did this privately myself. I am 14stone and aged 54,
