Arms

Anyone have any good tricep exercises that will work for a beginner? My arms are really looking bad. Even my flab has flab! I need some suggestions on a good exercise and how many reps, what weights, etc. I also have a bad right shoulder so I have to be careful of that. Thanks for any suggestions.

Leigh,

The best thing to do is google tricep exercise and see what the computer spits out. I can think of three or four but with your shoulder it gets tricky.

Look for "kick backs" and start slowly with low weights. Stop if it hurts your shoulder.

Good luck.

Good tricep exercises include, Dips, Dumbbell Tricep Extension, Skull Crushers (don't be intimidated by the name) and Kick backs.
