we bought and old school that is 17000 sq ft in ND and are fixing it up to be a lodge for hunters and harvesters(that is basicly all that comes to the area-its farming country)and possibly eventually being our home but anyway I was thinking it might be fun for us to get together there sometime maybe next June to meet everyone-it has tons of room and can house alot of us-it is dorm style right now and probably still will be then-women in 2 rooms-men in another 2 with 5 beds per room.It has 2 bathrooms-womens has 2 toilets and 2 showers-mens has 4 toilets and 2 showers-might be fun eh?just a thought plus its gives everyone plenty of time to work out transportation-perhaps a few people have vans and could carpool....

OH how utterly cool! Can you post a photo of it. I love that kind of stuff. I have never been remotely near ND - do you live there - or just invest there? Do they have good garage sales?

No we live in Houston-I have a few pics but keep in mind its being renovated so dont be scared-lol.

What a great offer!!! I think it is location rather than the building that might be a deterrent. I have only been to ND one time a long time ago. It could be a great retreat though...... But I wanna have room service!!! LOL

SE ID is close to ND... As distance is measured by hours it takes to drive... June is probably out of the question for me though. It will be summer, and I'll be into my next intership by then. (probably DC)

Okay, why would you give men twice as many toilets????

lol-because 90% of the people who will most likely stay there are going to be men-I switched the bathrooms so currently the womens bathroom has 2 urinals in it-lol-those are coming out and a vanity table is going there.
