I am out of control when it comes to snacking! I am making very good choices when it comes to breakfast/lunch/dinner. It all started when my sugar dropped one day (i am diabetic) and all I had at work to bring up my sugar was Reesie's Pieces. That was the first bite of sugar or anything sweet since the surgery (4 months). Now I am hooked and I crave candy every morning and since we have big bags candy (to put in candy jars for clients when touring our facility) It is right at my finger tips and I give in. Can anyone give me any advise on how to get control before it is too late??
Kathy
