late afternoon snack will be watermelon and honeydew

I got a chicken wrap from Arby's. Took me 45min to eat half. I'll save the other half for dinner if my kids don't see it first.

I had 2 boring eggs around 10:30. So I just had a snack attack and ate choc. chip cookies.

real good for weight loss, ya know?

i had a chicken quesadilla..(spelling)..lol

it had a whole wheat tortilla

2 oz of low fat chedder

diced green onions

diced tomatos

diced red pepper

diced green olives

and some left over chicken breast

and i had a bit of salsa on the side...

soooo yummy, and i only go threw 1/2!!!

oh well....good for lunch tommorow...
