First the best one that I have found and i like is Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople

It seems to have more "info " in it already so you do not have to input the info yourself.

Second WHY do you feel like a failure ?

Just from what i have seen on your ticker, 5 months post op , what was it 34 pds lost ? ( I already calculated ) your averaging 1.7 pds a week . that's PRETTY DARN GOOD if you ask me ! Why do you think your not doing well ?

whta's going on ? Maybe we can help ?

Mindy

I use fitday.com

I log everything that goes into my mouth. It is the only thing that keeps me on track. It also makes me realize exactly how much I overate before surgery and didn't even know.
