about to be band

Hey, I'm about to get banded on December 5th. I'm going to juarez, Mexico. I am going to be banded by Dr. Rod. I have heard really good things about him. I'm going through Belite weight. I have heard mixed reviews about Belite. So far my experience has been good though. I need any advice I can get though. I want to go in with my eyes wide open. I weigh 210, and I'm 5'6 inches tall. I have tried every thing and I excercise like crazy. I have went up and down for years but only losing at the most 15 pounds. So here I am ready to do this and move forward.
