Im ust curious what kind of vitamins are you using and brands and how they are treating you and how you like them? Thanks any input would do.

I guess we should do whatever our doctors say and that is important, but it should not stop any of us to do our own research as I did mine loo at this and let me know what you guys think. It is pretty interesting and I do not think it cold hurt anyone.

Be careful taking 2 Flinstone Vitamins. The dose for ages 2-3 is 1/2 a Vitamin and the adult dose is just one...Just incase you didn't know :eek: Good luck all!!!
