New Here!

Hello everyone!

this is such a great website, im so happy i have found it! well i have just finished my psych and nut evals and am waiting to send everything to the insurance. My question for all you pro's is some tips on meals. I have been trying to practice new behaviors. when exploring the "what did you eat today" thread, some ppl got pre-made or packaged foods from stores. I was wondering what some good examples or easy no-cook meals are? I work full time and am in school for my master's. So i am interested in some meals that i can take with me instead of having to cook at home.

Thanks so much!!!!! ;)
