Help!!! I'm sweating!!!!

Ok, I am on the 2 week preop liquid diet. I am sweating to death. Is this normal? Help. Drinking tons of water! I have the ac on and it's only 65 degrees outside. :)

It could have nothing to do with the diet. You should see your doctor...could be thyroid, could be you are headed toward menopause (depending on your age of course), could be an infectious disease, could be blood sugar issues. Call your doc.

Could your blood sugar be low? Try drinking something with some carbs in it and see if the sweating gets better.

Called md. My blood sugar was 50! I have a glucometer, because I help take care of my grandma. Wow. Dr. said to add in a few more carbs, all low carb is hard on me with hypoglycemia. I feel better now just ate something. Thank!
