Clear Liquid Recipes...

Hey...i was wondering if anyone has any clear broth recipes. I know that miso is a clear broth (just the broth, not the rest) could i have that for my pre-op? Anyone have any good pre-op recipes????:eek:

    ok...well i found a matzo ball soup...(i am not jewish, but LOVE this soup) and it has .5 g fat in it, reduced sodium, but it is a clear broth. Since on pre-op diet, perhaps i could have broth and one matzo ball...there is only 2 carbs, and 3 protein!! What do you think?
