Head Spins?

Has anyone else been having head spins when they stand up??

I have been having these nearly every time I stand for the past few days...otherwise I feel ok.

Oh and NSV I pulled out a pair or jeans i bought in the past few years and haven't worn much because they really weren't that comfortable as they really were a bit small...well today they're loose! YAY!

Im not a Dr, but i do know that with weight loss, there is also a decrease in blood pressure, probably your body adjusting to your weight loss. dont stress, low BP is good, High is BAD.

Not stressed, I figured low blood pressure or maybe I need a little more salt in my diet since I don't think I get much! It seems weird though that it is happening now and not weeks ago!

I just hate the feeling.

I notice that I have a little dizzyness when I first get up too sometimes. I tend to run low normal for BP so maybe that is it. I don't use as much salt as I used to either (not eating all that bad food to put the salt on) YIPPEEv:smile2:

I go for my first fill in a few days so I will ask the Dr. about it.

good idea to ask your Dr as low BP can be a problem as can low potassium levels so best to get them checked out. Our bodies are used to lots of everything and going cold turkey on alot of stuff would make anyones head spin - good luck
