Hands Falling asleep.

Do any of you guys have this happen to you? Its very annoying and its kind of a new thing for me to be experiencing. Im a bit concerned because it can be a sign of type 2 diabetes. It would be weird for me to get type 2 diabetes after i lost a bunch of weight right? I do have a thyroid condition though. Contemplating seeing the doctor about it.
