I'm HUNGRY Today!!!!

I have beens doing my best to watch my calories fat and carbs before my surgery I lost 4 pounds this week I have my surgery in 4 days YAAAA!!!

but today I feel so hungry does anyone have any good tip on low cal. fat and carb snacks or foods???:cool2:

    I have been on the induction diet for 6 days and I am starving. I hope this goes away after surgery (October 7th). I don't know what you get to have, but I have two Atkins shakes, one for breakfast and one for lunch, 4 ounces of meat and 1/2c veggies for dinner. I am also allowed 2 sugar free jellos, two cups of clear broth and two sugar free popsicles for snacks. The broth and popsicles just don't help when I'm hungry, but the jello does. Today I ate a cucumber and some celery with no fat dip. It helped a little.
