My hubby is my support person (my doc requires his patients to have a designated support person). I'm making a list of things I want to make sure he knows so he can reinforce the "rules", watch out for potentially negative behaviors, know the signs/symptoms of serious problems, etc.
Anyone have any advice on things to include? I've already got the basics.... how I'm supposed to eat, what I'm supposed to avoid eating, exercise regimen, food journaling, etc....
