poor choices with friends around....

So anyone else run into this problem?? Making poor choices when ur pals are around? I tend to pick poor foods and eat mushy items which means i can eat more....

Now i know this is bad, and its wrong... I run into this issue about once a week sometime 2 times . I could use some advice and tips from others who have been here and were able to beat the need to eat like ur pals!

Also some side facts so you have a better understanding.

March 1st 2008 started to work for pre band diet lost 23lbs .

May 21st 2008 band ... Sept 28th 2008 total of 84lbs lost.

Work out 6-7 days a week , most days ( 5-6 ) healthy choices for food.

Are you sure you are eating too much of the foods? I eat tortillas with refried Beans, but I eat 1/2 c of beans with one serving of chips. Yes, I count them out. I find that I normally can't even finish it. I feel full. If I didn't check the serving size prior to eating, I would probably think I over ate also.

It sounds like you are doing great and the 2 times a week screw ups aren't hurting you. If you aren't overindulging on amounts those times (don't want to stretch the pouch), I say don't worry about it. You are enjoying your life and still losing weight.
