Jazzercise Anyone!

I started Jazzercise last night and loved it!!!

I went to a 1/2 hour of Body Sculping and 1 hour of Jazzercise.

It was so much fun!! I was able to keep up with everybody, even though I was just learning the routines.

I plan to go three times a week.

I felt great afterwards and today not too much muscule pain, not enough to keep me from going tonight.

My port hurt a little from the ab exercise but overall it was a great experience.

I find Jazzercise to be an important part of my weekly routine! It has really helped me get used to an ever-shrinking body, but also adds so much tone and strength. Plus, it is FUN, so you forget that it is hard work.

I wrote up an article on the Squidoo site about my experience, which you can read about here:

Start with Jazzercise
