eating regular food...

I am no longer on mushies, Yea! What I would like to know is do you introduce a "new" food one at a time? Or did you just dig in? I dont what to send my system into over load. I've been on proteins only since surgery. That includes my mushies, they were protein only mushies.

I started slowly then realized that I was still eating mostly soft foods. So I went to a pretty normal diet and have only had a few problems, mostly when I eat out and am paying less attention to how fast I eat.

I find I have the most problem with fruit, of all things. Good luck.
