So scared- surgery tomorrow

I am so scared...starting to second guess my decision. Feeling guilty for not being able to lose it on my own...probably all the same fears everyone has. It is perplexing that some people sail right through with no problems or much pain, while others don't do well at all. Thanks so much to everone who has answered my questions the last couple of weeks, it has been very informative.

It makes it easier to look to the future and the things the will feel good. I am thinking about regular clothing stores and room on transit and I have more energy. Today a realized I will have to retire some very nice work clothes....they are sooooo big they look silly! Think about what your future looks like and good luck....Kim

I was banded on the 12th, I was scared and nervous too, but by the time the real buttaflies hit, you are out of it anyway under anasthetic.

You will be in some discomfort after the surgery, but it's over in no time.

I only found out yesterday that I had a hernia repaired...no wonder I wasn't as up and about as the other girl in my ward that had the same thing done! You will be fine.
