Megan, that was a wonderful post, and so very true.. I began my journey last January, and had many slips and almost falls in between. I had to change docs, I also had a stress test that showed up positive, had to have an angiograhm before the heart doc would let me continuing my Journey( turned out nothing wrong with my heart but it was a major set back). Anyway I kept going and I am now 7 weeks out and 31 lbs down.
