Doctors in San Antonio accepting Tricare Prime?

Has anyone used a "great" surgeon in San Antonio that accepts Tricare Prime?

If I can't find one , am I allowed to go to another city and be covered?

hi i currently have tricare prime and i live in forth worth texas every doctor in this area that i called wanted me to pay a up front fee of like 1500 all the way up to 5k so i went to an austin doctor his name is dr. mark sherrod so yes you can go to another city just ask for a referral to which ever doctor you want that takes tricare
