Back from Pre-Op Testing

Well I had to be at the hospital at 7:45 am yesterday morning to start testing. I had blood work, EKG, Upper GI, chest x-ray, blood gas, and a pulmonary function test. They where all horrible, but I lived through it LOL. As long as all my results come back perfect then I am still scheduled for Monday at 10 am to get my band.

I also had to attend a support group on Tuesday, and that was nice. It felt good to meet some local people who are going through the samething I am with the same doctors. They where all really nice and had some really positive experiences to share.

Well I am still on my good old liquid diet today is day is day 7, and it don't even feel hungry anymore. It gets a little hard to watch other people eat things I use to love (pizza & bread sticks) but I have been strong and drank my Water and ate my Jello. I have lost 11 lbs so far.
