I was banded a week later than you and I have also hit a plateau. I am going for a fill tomorrow. My weight loss has been slow. It seem that I stay the same for weeks and then all of a sudden I drop 6 - 8 lbs in a week or two and then I stay the same for weeks again. I get frustrated, but try to look at the big picture, like I have lost an average of over 1.25 lbs a week during the last year.

When I plateau I change the amount of time I exercise. I walk, swim, and use the Wii Fit (I love it!!!). I switch things up and alter time daily. I also add a few more calories for a day or so. It seems to work. I also try to journal my eating (which I tend to not be consistent with, and I know I should!!!!).

Good luck and great job with your weight lose!!!!!
