Pain after a fill ?

Hi everyone I need a bit of reassurance. I had my first fill 2 days ago ( 4 weeks post surgery) and since then under my left rids I have some discomfort that feels uncomfortable enough to take a few painkillers. It has gotten worse since I went food shopping this morning- allthe bending I think.

Is it normal ?
