any info on Protein powders wud be helpful , do u jazz it up with anything ? to make it tastier or even bearable

Well I had the unjury in the hospital and bought some afterwards, but it has aspartame in it and I don't like using anything with that in it, also it was a little hard to mix. Had to order over internet.

The Designer Protein mixed well, tasted pretty good, I got the chocolate and it wasn't quite chocolate enough for me so I added the fat free sugar free Chocolate syrup to it. Bought it at healthfood/herb shop.

Body Fortress from Walmart mixes well and tastes pretty good.

My favorite so far is Dymatize Iso 100-it is pure whey protein. This one costs a little more, I got it at a health food/herb shop where I live.

I tried the Isopure Fruit drinks from GNC-yuk, yuk, yuk.

Well that's my review. I hope you like chocolate, because that is all I ever get, can't really say anything about the other flavors.

The whey Protein I have heard better reports of than the normal protein !

I intend to go to the health shop and take a look and ask for some advice !

While you are shopping around, the whey protein isolate is supposed to be better than just whey protein. Costs a bit more.
