I'm really hungry

Ok, I am getting discouraged here. I have been REALLY hungry. My first fill is not until the 13th and I feel like I could eat a horse. I do not feel banded at all. Is this normal?

completely normal.

if you are on solids up the SOLID Protein (chicken breast, lean beef, etc.) if you are on liquids/mushies you can still up the protein with shakes, etc...

you are in what's called "bandster hell"... it's not fun, but you can survive it.

are you drinking 8+ glasses of Water a day? that will help as well.

good luck on your fills.

I was banded on July 2 and feel the same way ~ hungry! About 4 weeks post op, I started to get really hungry. I'm glad to hear this is normal. I have my first fill scheduled for August 19th so I'm hoping that will curb my appetite.
