Well, I'm still here and doing well!! My weight loss is good, I feel great, and I am happy with my progress so far. I don't post a lot, but I do read on here just about everyday.

Well, you know that I am still around. I am the resident cheerleader and Patriots Fan! As for the biggest loser, I would love all my Nymphs to be right along side me. Believe me a bunch of you are catching up to me because I keep slowing down.

Hey Everyone! I'm still here "lurking" around. I've been struggling with losing so slowly but averaging about a pound a week, which my doc is happy with (wish I was) so I just keep plugging along.

Congrats to everyone's successes so far!

I'm here I'm here! Doing good. Although with my unfill I have been taking every opportunity to fill my face. Getting refilled on Tuesday when I get to embarrass myself by getting weighed and seeing how much my little food holiday cost me.

I was embarrassed after my Cape Cod food holiday too. The nurse practioner said I beat myself up so badly, she didn't need to say a word! I had gained 3 pounds from that 5 day foodfest and lost it in 24 hours after the fill. Now that I had some unfilled, hunger has returned and I put back on 2 of the 10 I lost. I expected that. I knew that as soon as I took in a few more calories, my body would hold onto them. Now I have to be really careful to keep the rest off and start to lose again.

I don't even remember that thread. I wasn't posting consistently back then. Oh well, I'm here for good now!

I'm still here also. Miss slow poke loser I am. After 3 months I finally lost 2 pounds to put me at 180.
