Smothered Chicken....soooooooooo good!!!

Smothered chicken

Recipe Number: 2288

Contributor: cheese, salt and pepper to tasteCooking Instructions:cut up the peppers and onions and cook them until soft, set aside. Brown the chicken in the olive oil and garlic.Transfer to 350 degree oven and cook until done. Add the peppers and onions on top of the chicken and top with cheese. Place it back in the oven until the cheese is melted. Additional Comments:Hint:Get your chicken browning first since it has to go in the oven to bake too!
