I thought it might be fun to do a master list of everybody's surgery date! Send me your day and date, and that way we can see who's first, who else is on "our" day, and so forth!

I have 5 days left...This is worse than waiting for Santa on Christmas morning when I was 5 yrs. I have to start my liquids on Saturday. Luckly I only have to do it for three days before surgery. But, I guess I need to get used to it anyways. Is this really about to happen to me??? Nothing ever goes my way...I still feel like it's all going to fall through any minute. I almost need someone to pinch me so I know this is for real... :tt2:

I printed our list for my Psyc Consult today so he could see all of us. Our little group is really growing, I couldn't believe how many of us there are.

Hey all...this will be the final update of the list until im back from surgery....i have attached the files so it can be updated whilst im away. (anyone can do it)

The master file is in excel....and after an update i just copy and paste it into "paint" (under accessories on any Microsoft pc) and save it as a pic/image...then upload it.

This is my first post on this website.

I just learned my date is 9/24. I started looking into this about 5 years ago. I went to a few seminars over the years and never did anything because insurance would not pay. Now I have a plan that covers this and I'm having surgery in less than 4 weeks.

I'm so excited. Thanks to everyone on this site for supporting me through the roller coaster of emotions during the pre-approval process.

Next thursday! September 4th! Good luck to my other september friends! We are going to get skinnified and healthy!! :biggrin:

Hello... Welcome.. I also am getting banded on the 24th. We are band buddies.. lol Im so excited. Are you going to have a pre op diet as well?

I see that you had a low BMI, do your insurance cover your surgery? Did they give you a hard time?

Hi ,, I m not on the list but my expected date is Spetember the 13th, I m meeting with my doctor on Tuesday to decide it ... I hope he does not ask for a long pre-op preparation since i come from my vacation on Thursday .... Wish me luch
