My first advice is to ask your doc for what they recomend bcause you will see here you will get many and varied responses. All docs seem to have different ideas of what liquids are. I am in my second week of liquids. I am only allowed my 3 protein drinks a day and broth or sugar free jello or sugar free pudding or popsicles. Hang in and do what your doc says I am in disbelief that I am almost done my 2 weeks this is the best I have been able to stick to something.

My dr.'s paper works says if it doesn't flow through a straw then it's not liquid. LOL.

The only smoothies I've done are the yogurt ones as that's the only way I can eat yogurt at the moment.

So I got the dammon yogurt smoothies. Only thing is that it has fruit particles in it. So I use a very fine strainer to remove the non liquid content. I also add about 2 oz of water to dilute it a bit so it's not as thick.
