Has anybody had a lap band put over their rny? If so, PLEASE can you write in. I need to talk to you!

Thanks,

Zena

Depending on which type of RNY you have you can either get an extended RNY (but if you don't change your eating habits that is going to prove temporary too ( ) or you can get a band after procedure. (band after bypass)

I'd opt for the band after, it will force you into better eating behaviors more so than an extended RNY.

Have you had a barium swallow to measure your pouch and stoma? That's the first thing that has to be done.
