HAHA uhm, well i dont have to be on a liquids diet, but i have to do the 6 mo. diet so i thought i'd try it and give it a go....so tonight i had a really small portion of lasanga (i'm married to an italian what can i say). And then I drank the vanilla slim fast shake, now i havent had slim fast ever or atleast i cant remember, and it was tasty wow i didnt think it was so good, i probably should have drank it slower but, when i was finished i was so full it was crazy, just like wow, who knew right? the vanilla was the only one i got, does anyone else have any recomendations that i could try? now i'm worried i'm going to drink the slim fast like i drink sodas oh god lol. probably not the best for me, cooontrol control. anyways i wanted to share my superb slim fast experience...lol

I like SlimFast Optimum Chocolate Royale. Just make sure its cold or it doesnt taste that good.

mix the slimfast in a blender with ice 2 make it thicker and sip it through a straw its works wonders also if u freeze it that works grt 2 cause it takes u a while to drink it the chocolate slimfast is even tastier if ur not afraid to try it buy some lowfat or natural peanut butter and in a blender mix 1 teaspoon peanut butter with a handful of ice and the can of slimfast chocolate or vanilla and its delicious :cool:

I've been living off slimfast for the past 3 weeks lol I like the chocolate royale and strawberry and cream...that one kind of tastes like strawberry milk. They are very good though.

I LOVE the French Vanilla (Optima). I especially love it with frozen strawberries. I mix it with one of those hand-held drink blenders. Wowza! It's just like a strawberry milkshake.

oh yeah! i think thats the one i got, the one with like 15g of protien? yummy i may have to do that in the morning ihave some strawberries in the freezier yummy...

I ONLY DRINK ATKINS BECAUSE ALL THAT SUGAR CANT HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT..COFEE FLAV:tongue2:
