Oct 6 surgery day for me!!!

Hello~

I have really enjoyed reading about you all. I started this in June and finally see my surgery date in site! I'm so excited.

I have to go meet with a diet doc on Friday sept 26 can you help me think of anything I might be missing that I need to ask?

My Doctor is Dr. Evanson in Indiana
