2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks

I had the lapband surgery 9 days ago. It has all gone very smoothly, and my Mexico experience was just outstanding.

The liquid diet has been a challenge, but I have the wonderful products from HMR and I've done pretty well.

Now the two week mark is coming up. I will be switching to soft foods. I find this makes me a little nervous. I am looking forward to a time when I can sit down, and eat normal foods, in public, and not feel I am running the risk of putting on a really gross show. But I've already had one go round with just jello! Luckily not in public. So....I would love any advice on how to proceed into the next phase from someone who's been there, done that.

Thanks.
