Problem with Gas

I was banded September 2007 and was wondering if anyone else is having problems with gas. It is worse at night, and sometimes keeps me awake for hours, even when I take Gas-X. It is also embarassing when someone is with me I stay awake just to make sure there are no "surprises".

I think I would definetly call the dr and see if there are other meds to try, especially since it has been this long and your still having problems with it.

I can totally relate. I was banded May 2007 and still have some issues. My dr. said I need to make sure I'm getting enough Fiber. I add Benefiber to my shakes in the mornings and try really hard to avoid things that I know will give me problems. My husband is very quick (too quick sometimes) to point out when he hears my stomach gurgling or worse!
