Bye-Bye 300's

My first goal is not so unimaginable anymore. I started my journey at 324 lbs. I told my doctor that I want to be under 300 lbs. on the day of my surgery. Today my scale read 300.0. I was so excited. When I went to the hospital for blood work today the nurse said that their scale may read differently because all scales vary. Guess what! Their scale read 300.0 also. I was so happy. I am sure I can loose that last pound and even more before Monday. I have just proven to myself that if I want something bad enough I can achieve it.

Thank you for all of your encouragement. I am thrilled about my weight loss. The weight seems to just be melting away. I am loosing about 2-4lbs. a day. I have even begun exercising which I haven't physically been able to do for a long time. I am tempted at times to get off track but my mom is supporting me 100% and she won't let me. She's like a drill Sargent.

My dad is a little concerned that I may be losing too much weight but I am following the diet my nutritionist gave me which is 4 Protein shakes per day, Water and broth. I am also a little worried but as I see the numbers on the scale drop I feel so good.

This morning my scale read 298.:biggrin2:
