Jazzy Junes Spreadsheet!!!!

I created a spread sheet for everyone to view online. It tracks your weight, waist size, and BMI before and after surgery.

It will keep track of how many lbs we loss and inches around your waist.

I thought it would be cool if we can track the progress of all the JJ's out there and total them up. So if you want on just click my name and private messege me the following info:

1. Weight at Surgery time

2. Waist at Surgery time

3. Current Weight

4. Current Waist

5. Finally your height.

I will making revisions on the look of the chart over the next week or so. However I still can input everyone's information.

Here is the rough draft!

Hope to get alot of people on here so we track our group.

I took the need for your BMI out. The chart now calculates it using the BMI calculations with your weight.

Kool! I will send info as soon as I measure my waist

Added 4 people so far. Hope to get more of you peeps on there. Will be cool to keep track on how everyone is doing.

I am in and will send you the info as soon as I measure...I am quite excited about my weight loss so far so Happy to add myself to the list...hope everyone is doing well...:rolleyes2:

Hey, I checked out the spread sheet and it looks really great. I sent my info, except for my waist, I figure it'll go down as my weight and BMI goes down. Thanks again for doing this.

Thank you!. I am in the middle of sending PM's ot everyone on cathychatt's lists in the other thread. I will be entering more when I get done with that.

I will have to put in a "filler" for your waist then for now. But if you want you can use your pants size. I understand if you don't want to give it, however.

But one last thing. You will be hitting weight lost "plateaus" throughout your journey. During these "plateaus" you won't see progress on the scale but people report you still lose your waistline. That would be a good time to check your sizes.

Added another bracket for goal weight! If you can PM me your goal weight. You can also weight till you have something else to update if you want.

Added some more people also, and they keep rolling in!

Wow! Great job on the spreadsheet! Can you beleive we are still in June, not everyone is banded and we have so far lost almost 600lbs:w00t: collectively! That's awesome!

Can we make this thread a sticky so it stays at the top of the 1st page and remains easy to find. I don't know how to do it but a moderator can or maybe Snuffy can.
