Protien Tea????

Okay so I've done several searches and I saw something once about a protien Tea? I can't seem to find it again.

Any Help would be appreciated.

I did a site search and came up with too many possiblities to even go through.

Special K makes one that you put in your bottled water. It has 30 calories and 5 grams of protein. It's called Special K2O Protein Water mix. You find it in the pharmacy department.

Hmmm....that's a lot of calories for no more Protein grams than that.

nectar brand makes a Lemon Tea protein powder....lots of protein, few calories, but it sure doesn't taste very good IMO. Their Fuzzy Navel is pretty popular, though (peach flavor).

If anyone finds a tea that meets all the bariatric requirements and tastes good, they'll get rich, won't they. It's Tea Time in Texas!!

It only has 30 calories and it has enough fiber to offset the calories....it is worth it for water and protein intake. I love them! South Beach Diet also has a version with 3 grams of protein that is pretty yummy, too. If you like mix ins for your water these are great to get a few more grams of protein in your diet.
