Wow, this is restriction, huh?

Just had my fourth fill yesterday. I'm at 9.5 with a 16 band. Yesterday I had a SF popsicle and I felt full! Good grief!

My question is this. Now that I'm thinking I've got some real good restriction... how does everyone get in all their nutrients? I'm worried about Protein and Vitamins and such. I take a Vitamin, but it seems that I should be eating more fruits and veggies, but to get the protein in I don't have enough space!

But wow, THIS is definately restriction. The doc said he finds most people feel it around 12, but I don't think I need another fill for awhile, we'll see how it goes.

Flip Flops, Wow that is restriction. I've never heard of a band that hold 16cc's. What band do you have? Are you able to get your water in with that much restriction?

Wow! That is restriction. I could eat more than that the day of surgery. Be very careful when you start on solids.

Good luck!
