Any restrictions on exercise?

I have just started with a personal trainer - and all my doctor said was no traditional situps - reverse situps only. Does anyone else have any more guidelines I can follow? I am paranoid about doing some damage - or pulling something loose, etc. BTW - I was banded 7 months ago.

At seven months out, everything should be well-healed into place. I really don't see why you would have any restrictions at all. I am working out at a gym and do every piece of equipment they have, as well as many floor exercises without any problems.

After 7 months you should be fine. I was only given exercise restrictions for the first 6 weeks, and even with that I was able to do quite a bit. Now I do whatever I want without restriction and have no problems.
