Speaking of pictures, aren't you just happy you took the before pictures?? It must be a great feeling to look over your own pics and see how things have changed right???

Leo - Yes, I am glad I have the before pictures. That's one of the things I tell the newbies - "You may hate to look at the before pictures now, but believe me, you will love to look at them later.

I tried my best to keep away from cameras, but then I had grandkids and had my picture taken alot with them. So, I had lots of "fat" pictures to choose from. They keep popping up now and again.

Keep up the good work, you too will make it. Before you know it a year will have gone by along with lots of weight and you will be surprised.
