A new milestone

Today I stepped on the scales and I'm at my "before" weight from the last time I tried Weight Watchers about six years ago. I lost about 35 pounds before I gained it all back (plus another 55.)

On one hand it's depressing to have to start all over again. On the other hand, I'm really back in familiar territory!

54 pounds lost this year!
