Body for life?

Anyone mixing body for life with the band? I started last week and I must say I am feeling great. A little worried about weight lifting with the port but so far so good. I like the idea of a free-day if I want to be a little bad......

hi, how long have you been banded?

if its been more than a couple of months you SHOULD be OK, but you may want to call your surgeon just in case.

Sunshine2 has had great luck with BFL.

good luck!

I have the book and have thought about doing it. I'll keep looking in on your progress and maybe I'll try it. Good luck with it!
