I love the fact that you are ready to try again. Flying sucks! I am 6'4'' and was 468. I went to Japan last year and it was HELL! Japan was awesome, they thought I was a wrestler so they were nice to me but the plane ride was hell. I had to suck everything in just to get the belt on. Not to mention not being able to see when I got off of the plane do to my high bp. I am now down an even 50 lbs and my bp is 120/70 in a year I want to fly somewhere and not have to lift up the arm rest........... we will see.

Sometimes I just have to laugh at myself, well either laugh or cry. I was on the treadmill yesterday and started thinking about non scale victories and how bad things had gotten prior to surgery. I do remember a few funny things that being a giant made me do. I thought sharing all of these might help us remember how bad things were and help us keep motivated. So I will start with............. Breaking a chair in a Mexacan food resturaunt:blush: Breaking our bed:ohmy: Breaking the seat in my truck:confused2: What were yours.......

It is just a pain in the back of the heel. Moreso when I getup, seems to minimise as I walk or with ice. Maybe better when I do not have shoe on....... AP

Georgia Girl, I think I will hit a class after I complete 2 cycles of the body for life system I have been on. My stepfather teaches a spinning class, I think I will try that first.

I bet your dog is loving the walks. After my first fill I felt nothing so I called and asked if I had to wait three weeks till my next fill and they said no, come in tomorrow. Maybe you do not have to wait.

Had my second fill Thursday. Let me tell you guys it is a night and day difference. I was on liquid for 2 days and tried some food last night. I WAS FULL AFTER A FEW BITES!!! It is good to know the the band is doing what it was advetised to do. This morning my wife made me 2 scrambled eggs. I got through about 75% before I gave the rest to Bilbo the pug. Can not wait till lunch...... AP

I have been banded for 2 months, just had my second fill. Dr. gave me the green light to lift.

Anyone mixing body for life with the band? I started last week and I must say I am feeling great. A little worried about weight lifting with the port but so far so good. I like the idea of a free-day if I want to be a little bad...... AP

You are doing awesome! Do not worry, one day does not a diet break. I was good on mine for 10/14 days. I lost 16lbs and my Dr. was pleased. I even had BEER. Just get back on it today, head on a long walk and enjoy the memory of that great food. AP
