Had my first PB.

CHEW YOUR FOOD!

Yesterday a coworker and I went to Toyama's and I ordered 2 pieces of fatty tuna and one yellowtail. And a half order of calamari. Well, calamari at a Japanese joint is tempura batterered. I was so hungry I ate a whole 4 inch iece and a bite of another one. I didnt chew it well.

I spent the next 4 hours barfing and holding my chest like I was going to die! It was so nasty. I had to leave work, and barely made it home without spitting up and driving off the road. Please, CHEW YOUR FOOD! lol, and no more calamari for me!

We do tend to learn things the hard way, huh? One of the main things to keep in mind, when you get REALLY hungry, don't rush it.

Had my first PB yesterday too on a bite of my son's pizza crust. Band tested....marked pizza off my list for a while!!

At least I know I've got restriction now. After my first fill I could still eat anything. Only 2 days since my second fill and I really wasn't even thinking when I did it.
