What should I do? (posted in another area too)

So I was banded 03/18. By April I had lost 22lbs. I am happy about that loss but I haven't lost any weight since then. I have had two fills and have 3cc in my 10cc band. I have been using fit day to track my food and I am around 1200 calories a day which include 90-100 grams of protein a day. I have just recently started walking about 20 mins. a day. What am I doing wrong? The only thing I can think of is cutting out all sugar. Has anyone else had to do that to loose properly?

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

What do you mean by sugar...should you cut out refined carbs like sugary sweets, white bread, and other CRAP foods...yes. I did, but I didn't cut out GOOD carbs. I ate lower carb than most people on my July thread but that is because carbs make me feel yucky. I would try cutting them out or reducing them substantially and see what happens? Are you clothes getting looser?

How much protein are you getting in...not that I am an expert....but I can tell a difference in the scale when I am on target with my protein....60 grams....

Just a thought....

90-100 grams of protein might be a bit high. Recommended amount for your weight is 80 grams. Try reducing your protein and increasing your good carbs.
