Need some help

I am stuck and my weight is staying the same. I have lost 110 lbs in one year 8 months and that is very Good but for the last 6 months I have not gained or lost anything.

I am just eating 1 1/2 cups of good food and staying around 1200 to 1300 cal per day.

Whats up with this?

I am active but maybe I should do some more of the Ex word.

Or should I cut back on the food.

I need some advice Please.

Keith

hi, i had the same problem, a small adjustment should do the trick...1 and a half cups for me personally is too much to lose weight on, perhaps your the same?

I find to lose weight i cant have any liquid calories and i can have 1 cup max per sitting :-)

I would suggest maybe another 30 minutes of exercise it may help your body boost up again and start losing weight.

I will give it a try on the exercise and if that does not work then I will go in for a fill.

I have good restriction now but may need to fine turn it a little more.

Thanks for the replys.

Keith, when you say you can eat 1 1/2 cup of food that sounds like a lot to me. With good restriction it is more like 1/2 cup of food. Also, with good restriction comes little hunger. Exercise will help but good restriction is key. Good luck.
