Different ways of feeling temporarily tighter

I'm curious about all the different ways the band can feel temporarily tighter. I've experienced being tighter during periods of stress, while being sick and during the week before my TOM. I've read about getting tighter during flights and after intense exercise.

Are there any other situations in which the band can feel temporarily tighter?

As dumb as it sounds I have found its true. the Barometric pressure affects my band. The BP also affects my migraines. So if your a person that weather affects your body , allergies , ect. chances are the BP might affect your band.

there are a few websites you can go to check the BP but i have a barometer in my house, I as well as other bandsters have found that any BP before 29 seems to make us tighter. Above that we are pretty good !

I can guarantee if I have to eat with people I dont know well, I'll get tighter, must be stress.

Cold makes me tight too - as in ice cream or cold yogurt etc. If I dont want to eat but have the munchies, drinking iced Water means I cant eat for about half an hour, enough time for that head hunger to go away.
