Stomach Virus - What Do I Do?

I have been sick on my stomach all day. I feel weak and my stomach is fluttery and I keep vomiting. I can't eat but I can consume liquids. What should I be drinking? Any meds to take? This is my first time being sick since being banded other than a cold. Please help me!!!

Don't drink/eat dairy on an upset stomach! Makes you even more nauseaous. Try to drink mostly broths; the salt will keep your electrolytes in balance; try to drink Gatorade for the same reason.

You may want to get some chewable pepto bismal tablets or even try tums. If you are not better in 24 hrs, call your doctor.
