How much fill do you have?

I went in for my fourth fill today, and am now 7.4cc in a 10cc band. The physician's assistant went on like this is a huge amount. My three month bandiversary is tomorrow, May 1. I've still been getting very hungry between lunch and dinner, and crave carbs after dinner, but I've been staying strong. If only my whole day could be like my mornings. It takes me about two hours to get down a glass of fat free milk and a protein bar, but then it's downhill from there all day long. Can anyone else tell me how much fill they have, and whether it's helped you hit that "sweet spot" yet?

I have 3cc in a 10 cc band. I think this could quite possibly be close to a sweet spot already for me because I can eat small portions and I'm satisfied easily. I'm not losing much weight, but I'm trying to stay positive.
